Jackson Hole is a beautiful town in Wyoming known best for its snow covered mountains in the winter. One of the most exhilarating experience there is snowmobiling through the snow covered terrain, a fun time you will likely never forget. You will also find may day trips and guided tours throughout your time in Jackson Hole. There is so much to see and do that you will never have a boring moment. Of course, it’s your choice whether you stay busy with the many activities offered, or take it easy while enjoying the beautiful scenery.

During the winter months, there are a lot of activities you can participate in while visiting Jackson Hole. Of course, there’s always skiing and snow boarding available on the snowy slopes, for beginners and those preferring more adventure. For those more experienced, there are many areas with steep terrain and a fall line that is consistent that will get your adrenaline rushing. For a great group adventure, there are sleigh rides available. The most popular are the traditional sleigh rides where you can get a good view of the winter scenery or wild life. There are also some unique sleigh rides, too, where you can enjoy a nice warm fire while you are eating.

Though winter is the most popular time for tourists in Jackson Hole, there are plenty of summer activities as well. At Rendezvous Mountain, adventure seekers can try paragliding. You will be given careful instructions then enjoy a trip of a lifetime down the mountain with memories you can share for years to come.

If you prefer your adventures to be a little less dangerous, mountain biking is available for all skill levels. There is also golfing available at some of the best courses in Wyoming. One of my favorite activities there is horseback riding through one of the parks. If you prefer, wagon rides are also available.
